Our company which was founded in Karahalli, Usak in 1940 by Mehmet ER continues its production, which was started with hand loom, in Bursa as ERSAT Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company since 1993.
Ersat Textile is one of Turkey’s leading companies in fabric production with its modern facilities located on 40.000 m2 production site in Bursa Kestel Industrial Zone producing approximately 12 million meters of male and female outwear and worker clothes. Ersat Textile takes firm steps forward the future in the light of 78 years of experience and knowledge constantly improving in the direction of cutting-edge technology machine parks and new technological advancements.
Ersat Textile produces with refining and recycling sistems as a member of Green Environment Cooperative cognizant of its care and responsibility about environment and nature.
In addition to being a well-known and reliable company in the country, Ersat Textile has also international trading collaborations for years. Ersat Textile commercializes 50% of its production to domestic markets and 50% to oversees markets.
WEAVING
First, Ersat Textile started its activity with fabric production and focused on quality in order to obtain quality products by always using advanced technology weaving looms and integrating quality control steps. Desire to reach the excellence and provide customer satisfaction and our investments on productivity and flexibility made us an important fabric manufacturer and exporter in the sector. Using an experienced workforce and firm management system integrated technology enables us to sell and guarantee international quality products.
DYEING PLANT
Main target of Ersat Textile is to meet customers’ needs and expectations with a quality focused, high productivity mentality. With this service mentality and service quality it has become one of the irreplaceable companies in the textile sector.
PLAIN DYE
Having a 30 ton/day treating dyeing capacity, our dyeing plant can conduct dyeing processes of polyester, viscose, cotton, nylon, wool, cationic and mixtures in cutting-edge technology automation environment.
FINISHING
All wet and dry dressing operations (chintz dressing, nano, water repellent finishing, oil finishing, crease resistance etc.) for male and female fabrics are performed and customer satisfaction is taken into consideration.
LABORATORY
BDYE LABORATORY
Ersat Textile is in constant research and development in order to create top dyeing quality, provide application with its modern measuring devices. The goal is to use quality dyeing methods to obtain quality product. Our constant investments to knowledge and technology brought us to a more advantageous point than our competitors. In today’s competition environment, we see knowledge and technology as an insurance in order to provide continuous success and customer satisfaction.
PHYSICS LABORATORY
Tests conducted in our physics laboratory equipped with Ersat Textiles’ modern measuring devices;
- Color fastnesses : Washing fastness, Water fastness, Sweat fastness , Dry cleaning fastness, Rubbing
- Dimensional Change Tests: Pre-washing, Pre-vapor.
- Physical Tests: Tearing endurance, Rupture endurance, Stitching slip, Stitching endurance, Burst endurance, Comeback flexibility, Beading (martindale).
- Analytic Tests: pH value determination.
QUALITY CONTROL
After the dyeing process, fabrics are barcoded by our specialists in latest system quality control mechanisms. Order conformable fabrics are taken to shipping store.
STORAGE
Barcoded threads, raw fabrics, manufactured fabrics, dyes and chemicals are stored in addressed stores. Quality controlled barcoded fabrics are shipped to customers daily regularly. Our fabrics are delivered fast and in time with our wide vehicle fleet.
